Mirek Zarnowski
MD
I am a professional leader with extensive sales, management and project delivery experience working in Australia and Europe. My role working for international companies has included having responsibility over the development of businesses and the creation of new growth strategies at the regional and national level. With tertiary qualifications in Business Management from Australia and Europe, as well as in Coaching from the United States, I offer a unique combination of skills and knowledge. Since June 2015, I have been also a President of Polish Chamber of Commerce Australia Inc. I have also delivered in Australia, classes at Charles Sturt University on Strategic Marketing, Innovative Products and Services development and Consumer Behavior. I do believe that the future of businesses embraces three crucial factors: a global vision, strategic international human resources management, and resourceful marketing.

Aleksander Gancarz OAM
International Business Manager (Australia-Poland)
Aleksander Gancarz is responsible for business development between Australian and Polish organisations, representing NCIC at economic forums, and delivering market expansion projects for clients. With a Master of Economics, Graduate Diploma in Information Systems, and PhD level research in organisation and management, Alek has both Australian and European qualifications. Having over thirty years of professional experience, Alek has delivered IT, marketing, business development, sales and promotion services for both government and business clients. As an Australian and Polish citizen, Alek has a long history serving the Polish community in Australia and to Rotary International, and his contribution was recognised by being awarded the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in 2010. Alek is also currently Vice-President of the Australia Poland Business Council Inc. (APBC), member of the Rotary Club of Canberra Burley Griffin (RCCBG), the Australian Institute of Polish Affairs, and the Canberra Multicultural Community Forum.

Trajan Musiał is responsible for business development, client relations, supporting art sales, and ensuring the smooth operations of the Australian Business Cultural Centre in Europe. With a passion for the history of Poland, particularly the early modern era, and also of Australia, Trajan has tertiary qualifications in History, specialising in archiving and document management at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. For NCIC business clients, Trajan delivers in depth market analysis of various sectors, including the food, automotive, aerospace and agriculture industries. He provides practical support for Australian clients visiting Central Europe to explore options for market entry and growth in Europe. Trajan also provides information about business opportunities and the Australian culture to European clients. In his spare time, Trajan enjoys a broad range of good books and movies.
